Profile Management

This guide explains how to manage your user profile, preferences, and account settings.

Your Profile

Your profile stores your personal information displayed to other club members.

Viewing Your Profile

  1. Click your profile icon in the top navigation bar
  2. Select "Settings""Profile"

Your profile displays: - First and last name - Email address - Birth date (if set)

Editing Your Profile

  1. Go to Settings → Profile
  2. Click "Edit"
  3. Update any of the editable fields:
  4. First Name
  5. Last Name
  6. Birth Date (optional)
  7. Click "Save"

Email Address

Your email address is shown on your profile but cannot be edited from this page.


Preferences

Go to Settings → Preferences to adjust language and appearance settings.


Privacy Settings

Go to Settings → Privacy to control what information about you is visible to other club members.


Invitations

Go to Settings → Invites to view and respond to pending club invitations.


Fines

Go to Settings → Fines to see a history of fines assigned to you across all your clubs.


Shifts

Go to Settings → Shifts to see your upcoming shift assignments. Each shift shows: - Start and end time - Event name and location - Club name


Sessions

Go to Settings → Sessions to see all active login sessions for your account. You can revoke any session you don't recognise.


API Keys

Go to Settings → API Keys to create and manage API keys for programmatic access to Civo.

To create an API key: 1. Click "Create New API Key" 2. Enter a name for the key 3. Optionally set an expiration date 4. Click "Create" — the key is displayed once; copy it before closing the dialog

To delete a key, click "Delete" next to it in the list.


Notification Settings

Go to Settings → Notifications to control which email notifications you receive.

Notifications are configured per type using toggle switches:

Notification type What triggers it
Event Created A new event is added to a club you're in
Fine Assigned A fine is assigned to you
News Created A news post is published in a club you're in
Member Added A new member joins a club you're in

Toggle any switch on or off to enable or disable that email notification. Changes take effect immediately.

In-app notifications

In addition to email notifications, activity appears in your dashboard activity timeline.
